Terms and Conditions

The services of this website are available only to the registered users on single user basis, for a particular period of time on making the stipulated payment and abiding by the applicable terms and conditions. The said services are personal in nature and cannot be assigned or transferred to or shared with any other person other than the registered users. By registering yourself as a user and subscribing to avail the services of this website it will be deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to fully abide by all the terms and conditions of the website as contained herein. The right to use the services of the website is on revocable license / permission basis as per the terms and conditions contained herein. Except the availment of the services during the license period, the registered users shall not have any right or title over the website or any of its contents.

The services offered through this site are listed in detail in the home page of this site. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please note that Services once subscribed cannot be cancelled and no refund to that effect can be made. Since talentoto.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the service is subscribed. As a customer you are responsible for understanding that no refund or cancellation is possible upon any subscription at our site.

Delivery Policy

Delivery means the digital download or the physical delivery of subscribed content to the customers. At present we have two modes of delivery – online digital download from the website and physical shipment like CDROM, USB memory etc.

Customer Grievance Redressal Policy for Talentoto

We recommend you go through our FAQ pages which provides basic trouble shooting help to our customers.

  • Level 1: Customer Service: You can contact our customer service team either by calling our missed call number +91 8003-187-691 or write to us at info@talentoto.com with your queries, complaints related to our product /website or any other issue related to the product subscribed by you. The Customer Service team shall address your query / complaint or concern within 7 business days of you contacting Customer Service team either by call or email.
  • Level 2: Customer Service Escalation: If for any reason your query/complaint or concern has not been addressed within the promised timeline or you are not satisfied with the response provided to you by our Customer Service team at Level 1, you can escalate your query/Complaint via email. You can provide a detailed email as to the reason for your dissatisfaction or just mentioned no reply from Customer Service . The email should be addressed to info@talentoto.com escalation and we will respond to you within 7 business days of you writing to Escalations.
  • Level 3: If your query further remains unresolved after 7 business days of you contacting the CS escalation, you can then escalate the issue to the Grievance Officer. You can write to Grievance Officer - Mr. Mohit Kumar at, info@talentoto.com grievance We will revert back to you within 4 business days from the date of receipt of your email communication to the Grievance Officer. You call on +91 8003-187-691 during office hours Mon to Sat 9.00am to 6.00 pm for any of your query/complaint.
